Gemmy Studio Inc. collects only the minimum personal information needed to answer enquiries and send requested material.

What we collect
We collect the following through the contact and material request forms. There is no sign-up, and we collect nothing beyond this.
- Required — name, email address
- Required for material requests — company name
- Optional — your message, the role you're applying for
- Collected automatically — the page you wrote from, the time of submission, and when and how often you opened the material
Why we collect it
We use this information only for the purposes below. If the purpose changes, we will ask for your consent again.
- Replying to and following up on your enquiry
- Sending the material you requested and providing the access link
- Receiving and processing job applications
How long we keep it
We keep it to answer your enquiry, send the material you asked for, and hold a record of the conversation afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we do so at once, erasing electronic records so they cannot be recovered.
Sharing and processors
We do not share your personal information with third parties. We do rely on the processors below to operate the service, and their servers are located outside Korea.
- Supabase, Inc. — storing enquiry records
- Resend, Inc. — sending notification and material emails
- Vercel, Inc. — website hosting
- Google LLC — visit analytics (Google Analytics)
Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal information. Write to the address below and we will act without delay and tell you the outcome. Withdrawing consent does not affect material you have already received.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; the site remains fully usable if you do.
